can someone recommond a psu that has 4 PCI-E connectors please, this is the cheapest i have found, is it pretty good?

That looks quite good, I have never had problems with Akasa stuff in the past.

This one also has 4xPCIE if I am not mistaken:

cheers, i know its not ocuk's fault but would be nice if there was a standard spec page for all the psu's as only a few say how many of each connectors they have.

One sec man, for that budget you can get some epic PSUs.

Personally I would suggest this one if you are planning a i7/ dual GPU system with some headroom.

Edit: If you can get your hands on a PC Power & Cooling 750W silencer, get that.

As an aside, I though you just bought a 550W Antec PSU. Are you planning to add a lot of stuff to your system?

not for me, we had a customer at work after one.
not sure what they are planning on doing but its what they requested.

yeah did just buy the antec. it is currently sitting at ocuk dead

but my new one should be here tomorrow
