Someone mind giving this the quick once over to see if everything will fit/ work.

If theres anywhere I can save money/ go better, please add it.
I also need a GPU, but dont know what would be best to go with right now.
Dont need HDD, OS or optical.
Max budget of £450.

You are missing RAM from the spec.

Why do you require a GPU? Is it for gaming?

You could use a AMD llano setup. The IGP is much better than intels offerings, so depending on your needs you might not need that GPU after all.

Mobo isn't cheap but does have wifi built in and includes a remote control with a keyboard on the reverse. Allows overclocking, overclocking the CPU also improves the IGP speeds too. PSU is complete overkill but is modular so you won't have excess cables cluttering up the inside of the mini-itx case. It's also on offer for less than the 600W which makes it a bargain. As space can be an issue I would probably prefer just to use the stock CPU heatsink than use a closed loop cooler.
