Now I know that there is some people here who love this game so I look to you for advice.
I have just bought the game from gog.com and have just created a party to start a game. In the initial start area there are a number of locked doors and chests where the NPC's have said I could bash them down or, if I have a rogue in my party I could pick the lock. I indeed have a rogue with a lock pick skill of 7. However how do I get the little fella to pick a lock? I look in the the skills button on the game interface and other skills are there such as sneak hide and search, however where is his open loock skill? and disable device skill? These both have a level 7 skill value as does search, however while search is there for me to select, neither open lock or disable device are there.
When I click on a locked chest with my rogue - it just tells me it is locked and I do not get an option to pick the lock or anything. Please can some one tell me what to do here?
