Quick insurance question

Hello all,

Quick question, since my accident in November last year the claim is still going on and is in the final stages of actually being completed! yay!

Anyway, I've had a letter through from Churchill to say my insurance on the Astra is up for renewal on 08/08/07, now because the claim is still ongoing do I still have to pay for another years insurance?

I'm hoping and presume I don't as the car is off the road.

Provided you have paid all the premiums for the year in question of the claim, you have no need to continue insuring the car after the year.
