Quick Insurance Question

If you get an insurance quote and decide to take out the policy well in advance (lets say 30 days), will the insurance company take the money (paid annually) when the insurance policy starts, or as soon as you type in your credit card details?

I would have said it depends on the company.

As stated above it does depend but all that I've used have always taken the money as soon as.

Online- usually as soon as you click on 'buy', if not it won't accept the card.
