Hi I have had my 4G iPad Air for a year now and it's getting slower and slower. I have a Hudle 2 which is a few years old and it loads web pages MUCH quicker.

I am going to get slammed here but try the dailymail website and see if it's slow and not usable?

I know with Android you can remove Cache and the like but with Apple you can't.

Any little tricks or Apps that can bring the tablet back to usability?

Thanks!

This. The Daily Fail (why are you even reading that dribble? :o) is one of the most ad-heavy and tracker-heavy websites in the world. Install 1Blocker and see the difference.

But it's like Yorkshire evening post, heavy websites but the thing comes to a stall.

Even typing in websites and password forms it lagging loads.

Maybe a fresh install is needed.

Will give 1blocker a go :)

When I find the OCUK forums a bit laggy (animated image thread for example), I swipe up close all my open apps including safari and its ok after that for a while. This is on an Air 2
