Quick iPod Mini question

Hey guys,

If I get an iPod mini, can I get away without using iTunes and just drag and drop MP3s to it like a removeable drive?

(I tried a google, but the reviews don't seem to cover this point).

Also, will I need to buy anything extra if I want to use it with USB 2.0, or does it come with USB 2.0 connectors?

I'm guessing you're buying a refurb / 2nd hand?

And you can't drag and drop to it.

Damn - really wanna have drag and drop

I have a Creative Zen Xtra (40GB) (with headphone amp and Sennhesier SD25-sp's ) for all my main music (30GB), but I need something with ~2GB for my 'evaluation' music - ie music I'm testing to see if I like (1GB at the mo). Would also be nice to have a smaller MP3 player anyway, but with drag and drop.

Think I'll go with the Samsung YPZ5 actually. It has drag and drop, and is only £114 for the 2GB. Perfect
