Hey, im planning on building a desk case type thing and im going to water cool my system. I'm going to have 2x 240 rads, 1x 250mm res and an 18w D5 pump to cool my 7950 and my 3570k.... I'm pretty sure thats going to be enough to cool the whole thing, but my question concerns my loop.

what i was planning on was going pump -> rad -> rad -> gpu -> cpu -> res. But could i split my loop off after leaving my pump and go from pump to both rads at the same time and then from one rad go to the gpu and cpu from the other, then from both the gpu and the cpu to the res then one outlet from the res to the pump again.

Thanks

Thanks guys. I do understand that parallel is probably better, but if the D can deal with a series setup then maybe I'll spend the extra ££ and get enough tubing to try both. Then i can see which is guna look/cool/fit the best.

Thanks guys.

I guess then another question is which water block would you suggest for a 7950... the only ones on the OC shop are the 7970 block and backplate... I think the 7970 block will fit the 7950 but the EK backplate is for the 7950 :/ which i dont fancy...
