Actually...

Think of it like this:

-3/2 X = 7

Now, you have to divide 7/1 by -3/2

Which is the same as 7/1 multiplied by -2/3

Which is -14/3

-4.66666667 x -1.5 = 7~

The working out is just: 7/-1.5 = -4.666667
