Quick memory compatibility question

Hello,

Just wanted to confirm something before I commit to a purchase; when I built my current system I ordered a bundle which contained Corsair XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 6400C4. I would like to upgrade again now to 4GB but OcUK doesn't have this memory in stock at the moment.

However, they do have the 6400C5 in. Am I likely to run into any weird compatibility issues by running two sticks of each on the board?
