quick memory timings question

Just beginning the nitty gritty of memory tweaking...
Which would affect performance the most: dropping from CAS 2.5 to CAS 3 or going from 1T to 2T?

You should be able to achieve both with that memory

Yep I'm running 2.5, 3, 3, 8, 1T at the moment but when I reach the top end of my overclock I thought I would need to slacken timings to get even higher? Still floundering around in n00b land tbh
