2.0.1 - The Member's Market is for the use of all OcUK Forum Members to enable them to buy and sell:

a) Their own, personal, second-hand COMPUTER RELATED ITEMS.

b) Their own, personal, second-hand non-computer related items that might legitimately be discussed in the following OcUK Forums:

- PC & Console Games

- Photography, Video & Books (General interest and fiction books may now be sold)

- DVD, Home Cinema & Hi-Fi (Car audio equipment is not allowed)




Can't be that clearly - i dont see it.
 
2.4 Restricted Items

2.4.4 - NO MOBILE PHONES - However, mobile broadband dongles or PDAs without phone connectivity are allowed.

2.4.1 - The sale of copied games or other software, no matter how stated or implied, is not permitted, neither is the sale of OEM software. Licences of OEM Windows may be sold if they are still factory sealed or are sold with the motherboard they were first installed on. If you are selling a sealed OEM licence, there must be pictures to prove this but please blur any product keys.

2.4.2 - Chipped games consoles are also not allowed to be sold in the Members Market, this includes cartridges with custom firmware such as DSTT or R4 Revolution.

2.4.3 - Engineering samples of Intel chips are also not to be sold within the Members Market.

2.4.4 - NO MOBILE PHONES - However, mobile broadband dongles or PDAs without phone connectivity are allowed.

2.4.5 - No sale of Steam accounts of software that has been registered to an existing Steam account. Voucher codes or items that consist of only a redeemable code or key as well as games that do not have physical media cannot be sold within the Members Market.

2.4.6 - The sale of music CDs is permitted, but they must be original and not copies.
