Quick mobo/cooler check

Those will be fine. I've got a merc alpha chassis and the Themis fits without issues. You may need to fit the cooler before installing the motherboard in the case.

The case is a standard ATX chassis, so the motherboard you've chosen will fit without any problems.

I know the board fits the case. :p

I was more concerned about socket placement lining up with the cutout as this seems to vary looking at different boards??

The Cpu is pretty central in regards the width of the board. Measure out from where the I/O backplate will be and see how much space you will have. It is not precise, but should give you some idea.

Having checked the case again and looked at some of the images, I think it's going to be fine.

@sweols, I haven't got any tools. :p
@Jelly, I don't think so.

edit: Just to show the socket placement isn't the same, I was thinking of getting a Z97 Pro Gamer instead but I'm pretty certain it won't fit because of the screw hole just above the Asus branded heatsink in this image. Note how it's almost in line with the CPU socket screw holes.

Now compare it to the Z97-K where the same screw hole is positioned to the right of the CPU socket below the ram slots.
