Quick Mobo question.

My motherboard has recently gone and it's not proving especially easy to find a replacement given that it is a few years old now. Could someone take a look at these two and confirm if they are like for like.

As best as I can work out this is the one I have:

Almost except the Ultra on your old mobo. If i am correct this is far more stable than the standard NF3 board. Having said that the mobo has been around for ages so there's bound to be a fix or tech dude around with the tweak to sort it.
