Quick mobo question

is this one worth extra money? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-319-AS

Its for gaming setup with one of I7`s not 100% sure which one yet.
I am not going dual graphics at the moment, but might in the future.

If you're not a massive lover of overclocking go for the first one otherwise second one is for you.

Yeah, and just incase you're not aware, rampage III is on pre order so you might wanna wait for that? Price £329

I am well aware or of that board, but it is above my budget unfortinatley.
