Quick modem Question

quick question, im am currently on the virgin media 20 MB service and am wondering how fast this old webstar 100 series modem (pic below) i have is? if any1 here has one.
i wondering this because im sure it may be a 10 MB modem which is why im struggling to get the full speed out of it

...and also what do i do about it, will virgin media supply me with a new one (free that is)

Anyone with a DPX100 HW v1.x will have no chance of getting 20Mb/s.. But v2.x is good to go.

erm got another prob, i just went onto the virginmedia site to find some kind of webform i could fill out about this problem but cant seem to find one, i think this is the first time i have needed one of these since VM took over blueyonder, it was so easy find the webforms on BY
