Quick Motherboard Question (GA-880GM-UD2H)

This is my current PC:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Socket AM3 3.2 GHz 6MB
OCZ Special OPS 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 RAM PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Radeon 5750

I’m looking to replace my motherboard with this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-278-GI

I was just wondering if all of my hardware will work with this motherboard? For example, the motherboard states 1.5v for RAM and my RAM says 1.55-1.65v.

Should be fine, ram will just run at the voltage the motherboard gives it. You should be able to up it if there are any issues. Everything else is fine.
