Hi folks,
Very quickly, if I use nLite to slipstream SP2 and all the hotfixes onto an installation CD, will I need to integrate drivers for the SATA controller on my motherboard to avoid needing a floppy during the blue screen part of the installation process?
The motherboard in question is an Abit IP35-E. I looked on the Abit website and could not find any SATA drivers on there. What I am about to say might be completely wrong and expose me as a bit of an ignoramus but as far as I can tell, the 'controller' chip for SATA is an Intel ICH9. Do I need a driver for that?
Thanks
