Quick Noctua question

Will the Noctua NH-U12P SE2

Not in a push pull setup, no.
The front fan will foul the forward ram slots.
If your using low profile memory then its not a problem, the problems start when you begin using stuff like XMS with the larger heatspreaders.

Thats a shame That cooler should still be good enough with just one fan though.
You don't by chance know of an alternative to the Noctura that will do an equally good job and not have a problem fitting do you?

I'm not sure how much difference there is between the UD5 and the UD5P but the UD5 is the base for the OCUK budle and my push pull Noctua fits...

The board i'm looking at is an AMD chipset, i think your looking at the Intel one
