Quick Noob Memory Question

Hi guys quick question in terms of memory settings for my memory i see:

PC6400 800MHz CAS 4-4-4-10

Just what are these numbers?

I presume the first would be:

4 - DRAM CAS Latency

4 - dont know :/

4 - dont know :/

10 - dont know :/

can anyone please help me?

I believe it is

Cas# Latency
Ras# to CAS# Delay
RAS# Precharge
Cycle Time (Tras)

Thats looking in cpu-z which has my timings of 4-4-4-12.

On my DS3 i just start at the top and do them in order

Yup they go in the order posted above (I added what they may appear as in your BIOS).
