Quick Nvidia gridlines question

In the past on my old xp pc I used to use an Nvidia card where you could set up a gridline straight down the middle of the screen and holt alt or something to quickly expand windows to exactly half the screen.

I've just gone back to Nvidia drivers, an MSI card and cannot find this option, has it been removed?

Updated to the latest drivers and I can't see it either.

Yeah, aero snap. Don't know how I'd live without it!

Yeah it's not as quick and easy as the old gridlines with nview was. Oh well progress I suppose
