Quick OC Question

Just built a nice cheap setup for a friend (Second-hand parts & New) and was just wondering if there’s any point in overclocking the system to gain a little boost, I know it’s only a P4

so it ant going to clock or show an increase as much as these C2D beauties do.

Specs,

Pentium 4 Processor LGA775, 640 3.20 GHz
Zalman Aero Flower HS/F
Corsair XMS Platinum Ram 3200 1Gb
400Watt Trust PSU
ATI Radeon X1950Pro AGP
DFI LanParty Motherboard (Supports Overclocking)

Would I see any gains in clocking the CPU? Or does anybody know what the chip & memory will do safely?

I thing a gig stick will help the system a lot tbh since Vista is running on it atm *heads of to the MM*

In my experience you won't be able to do a hell of a lot with that P4; whatever you do get out of it will be barely noticeable and will push your temperatures up a lot (especially if we see some sun again).
