Hi all, I have an OEM license of XP which I used with my previous motherboard. The same license is not in use anymore on my computer, however the motherboard (and cpu) are in a different PC that I sold to a friend. Would it be legal for me to give him the OEM license that I had on it when it was in my PC? Note that I'm not using it at the moment. It currently refuses to activate anyway on my current PC so I wouldn't lose anything.
