Quick One: Homeplugs

If I connect my router to a single Hommeplug and then have 2 in the upstairs bedroom, will they all work?

Basing this on the fact that for a LAN cable it needs to go from one computer/router to another.

They'll work. All the homeplugs will be able to see and communicate with each other. It's basically a radio based system.
