What equipment do I need to get a wireless 360 pad working on my PC.

Is it from an actual 360? If so, you need an official PC wireless dongle for it. IIRC, you can connect up to four pads to the PC with one dongle.
I don't think you can buy the dongle on its own though, so you'll need to buy a pad/dongle combo, like this:

If you google 'Xbox 360 receiver' you should find what you need, Looks a bit like a mouse.
I'm pretty sure there was a big thread similar to this.
