IIRC, you can connect up to four pads to the PC with one dongle. I don't think you can buy the dongle on its own though, so you'll need to buy a pad/dongle combo, like this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GC-002-MS ..which includes the receiver.
