quick paypal question

i dont fancy speaking to them on the phone again (like talking to a wall) so hopefully someone has an answer to this

if i cancel a paypal dispute i started is it possible to start the dispute again in the future ? eg next week


basically im dealing with a total fool on ebay who kept telling me i hadnt paid them. theyre now apologising and saying they had been checking the wrong paypal account .

im willing to forgive and give them the chance to send the item but if it doesnt turn up can i start a new dispute on the same money transfer ?

No, you can only open one dispute per transaction.

Keep the current dispute open, and only cancel when you have delivery of your item.
