Quick PayPal Question

I have funds in a PayPal account I want to use to pay for something I bought on eBay yet when I try pay I can only pay from my credit card and not from the funds already in PayPal. I'm sure you used to be able to do that? :confused:

Have the funds cleared, or are they frozen for whatever reason?

I thought the funds had cleared because they were sent to me for payment of something else I sold on eBay last night.

I just realised this has all changed from last time I used it though and the funds are not sent to me until I recieve positive feedback from the buyer. Not sure I like that to be honest.

I thought there would at least be a greyed out option for sending funds from PayPal it's self though.
