If you want to send money to someone directly via PP(non-bay transaction), you seem to need to have added relative funds to your PP account first, whereas if buying on the bay via PP, the transaction just goes through even though you may not have any funds in your PP account. I get an error if I try and send personal money via PP even though my DC is linked to the account. Do Ebay have a special situation with PP or am I making a mistake somewhere?
