Quick photoshop request please!

Would some kind person be able to give me a quick hand with the below photo as I don't have photoshop to do this myself.

I'd like to have the railing removed which could probably be done with content aware fill? Also if the background cityscape could be brightened a bit that would be much appreciated.

I have nothing to give you as a reward other than a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart that you helped someone have a nice picture with their girlfriend.

you want to remove the railing but keep the messed up faces ?

I have the original still so I can easily copy over the correct faces afterwards.

you can copy faces from one photo to another , but you cant black out the railings ?

It's not just blacking out the railings though. There are other areas where content aware fill will really help, for which you need photoshop.

fair point.. i dont have a version with content aware fill so maybe someone else can do it for you.
