I have been offered this for £20

Minolta Dynax 5 35mm xi SLR Camera
Comes with 28-80 and 70-210 lens as well as manuals for use and I even throw in an SLR camera bag.

I know nothing about these sorts of things, but is that a bargain?

Doesnt seem to be, but is it a decent camera ? I realise it aint digital or anything, but would you buy it for £20?

How much should it be worth you think?

If I wanted a film SLR, I can't see a reason why I wouldnt pay £20 for that...
I don't know anything about minoltas, are the lens's usable on other minolta cameras? Is there some kind of known defect? Why is it only £20? Gotta be a catch!

There may not be a catch, the auction prices for that camera aren't much higher - £35 for the camera, 2 lenses, flashgun, case & rolls of film for example.

Its £20, can't hurt to give it a go really, assuming its in working order.

And if you think it's not for you, it ca then be ebayed etc. :)

SLRs are fun, but I prefer DSLRs 'cause I like my images there and then, plus I don't like chaning the reel. :D
