Quick PS3 question...

Can you stream movies to it from a network share like you can with Windows Media Centre on an xbox? Google won't give me a straight answer.

Yes, as long as it provides some sort of media server functionality. I use mine with a NAS.

I use TVersity. Problem is the ps3 wireless blows !! It has stuttering problems just streaming a 700mb divx let alone some decent quality BD rips.

Yes, PS3 Media server running on your PC and you can steam it all although you really need a wired connection.
