Do you think my existing 500W will suffice? Or should I upgrade that too?

Not sure how you determine how much power a system needs - draw doesn't seem to be listed on most products.

Its fine.

As for working out power usage, a lot of reveiews from Anandtech/Bit-tech include the power consumption at idle and load of the entire system as measured at the wall socket, so years of reading reviews gives use an idea of what system needs what, and also if a PSU is any good.

Plus you can also use power calculators from corsair and other PSU companies, these just tell you you their recommended psu range and wattage.

if you do a serious upgrade, such as get an even bigger/badder GPU, then a PSU upgrade would be ideal.

A review of the psu and it does seem to be able to pull 500watt but its efficency is not great it only achieves 80 % or more when its at 40% to 60% load .
