Quick PSU question

Hi there folks,

Just thinking of upgrading, to the following.

Intel Core 2 DUO LGA775 E6300 1.86GHz Retail / Gigabyte 965P DS3 / 1GB GeIL PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Kit - Bundle
HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro ICEQ 3 TURBO SILENT Heatpipe 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

I'm on a budget, £500 Max, but I only have a Seasonic S12 380w PSUat the moment. I'm sceptical.. but will it be enough to power the above system. (once a DVD Drive, 120Gb IDE and a 500Gb SATA have been added)

Thanks for any input you can give me.

It should be just about capable but I'd not suggest any overclocking to be done until you can replace the PSU with something that is a bit higher powered.
