Quick PSU question

I'm currently trying to put together a very cheap PC to replace my old desktop. The PSU from the old machine is a 375W ATX 1.2 format. What I'm wondering is can I use this with a modern MOBO; I haven't settled on anything specific but am likely to end up with a E2140 or similar. I'm not so worried about the wattage but more about pin compatablity. Any ideas? Thanks!

Ah cheers guys. I thought the pin thing might prove to be an issue. I guess you're right, getting a new case-psu combination is the best bet. Are the Antec cases any good, I'm not really up on equipment these days?
