Quick PSU Question

Hi there. A friend of mien built a new machine a few days ago. He got a 750W XFX PSU with it that's now developed a clicking sound so he's sending it back.
He wants to replace it with a different brand, primarily looking at Corsairs. The current XFX isn't modular and he'd prefer a modular replacement.
The closest one to the price point is the Corsair HX650W, but it at 100W less, will it be able to power the following machine comfortably?

Intel 3570K (Gelid Tranquillo cooler)
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
1 SSD
1 HDD
DVD Drive
8GB RAM
2GB MSI 7850 Power Edition OC

A Corsair HX650W should be fine for that system.

that will be enough power the only time you would need to look at a more powerful one is when you crossfire

the 7850 is ridiculously low power. You can pretty much use anything.

HX650 wil give him the option for a more power hungry card, in fact any single GPU on the market.

Given the current value for money of the Coolermaster Silent Pro 700W it's a fair amount cheaper and allow for even more expansion if he so desires.
