quick q about memory

you guys know the ati ocz ddr2 ram pc6400, is it any good? and is it compatible with a gigabyte p965 ds3 rev3 mobo?

The ATi bit is just a gimmick, so it will run fine in a DS3. Tho i would just go for the standard OCZ Platinum Rev 2 PC6400 tbh.
