What program to believe, and also is my +12v ok? I dont think ive seen it that low before, and also suffering from kernel pnp power downs (again)

You may have to use a offset for the Speedfan temps for them to make sense.

The motherboard report of voltage is probably not correct. Check using a multimeter to be sure.

First thing you have to understand is that when you run two programmes that use the sensors of the CPU to determine temperature they tend to mess with each other. So right now I do not believe any of the readings you are displaying. Reboot and open one. Take those readings and write them down. Close the application reboot and then open the other one. Repeat the process.

Point two - software reporting voltages is a bit iffy at best. A multimeter is the way to go. BUT unless you are comfortable working with them it is really easy to mess up and kill a motherboard. So practice first with the power off before you give it a go live. If you are experienced then ignore what I have just said. :D
