Quick Q? Where is Windows picture and fax viewer at?

I need to find the exe cos a couple of file types got disassociated. Anyone can telescope it out?

(I know I can right click the file and do it but I need to do it within an application)

Can you not just go to the properties of a jpeg, bmp etc and change it to open them?

It's not a .exe, it's a DLL run from rundll32.exe. The command to open the viewer is:
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen
