Hi there guys, my iPhone4 headphones have broken, well one of the headphones has broken, they haven't been abused and are in as new condition, do you guys think if I take them to an apple store they'll replace them for me?

Will they replace them with new ones or refurbished ones?

Mine were replaced with new ones.

They also replaced my beats headphones with new ones 6 months after I bought them. They took a box of the shelf, opened it and gave me the new pair and took the old pair in exchange.

Not really. With my beats headphones I walked in as the fault literally began 5 mins before hand. They dealt with it there and then (I did have to wait for them to slot me in, I waited about 20 mins).

If you have the chance to make the appointment then I would as it will save you having to wait, but its not essential.
