Quick question - 4870 and Corsair 400W CX

To cut a long story short, im throwing together a cheapo rig with spare/donated parts.

Will a 4870 be ok running on a Corsair 400W CX?

Rest of the rig will look like

Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (No overclocking)
Gigabyte AM2+ board
500gb HDD
4gb RAM
