Quick Question - 6gb or 12gb

Hi,

as stated, just a quick question -

Had my system as per sig for a year now - running nicely oc at 4mhz -
I use my system mainly for Video / photo editing ( HD stuff ) and keep an eye on the memory usage which rarely goes over 40 % - So, question is - do I need to keep the extra 6gb of my OCZ memory or can I safely sell it knowing that I'll never need that extra 6gb ?

Sell it if your only using 40% of 6gb

What I did after initially going for 12gb and finding I wasnt using it

just take out 6GB and try your computer for a week or month, if you don't like it put the 6GB back in, if you find you're coping fine then try and sell it.

id stick with 6gb.

spend the rest on something nice.

P.S. its 4Ghz, not 4Mhz

Sell it then 6GB is enough for almost everything atm, and i think you mean 4GHz not 4mhz.

Just in case you needed reassuring, it's 4ghz not 4mhz.

Remove ram, test for a month using your apps to the max and see.
