The best thing to do here is to stop your car in the road, as left as possible.

The oncoming car was pretty much in the middle of the road and you can only just get 2 cars past each other on this section of road. The road is unlit and is pitch black at night with no surrounding lights, we both had full beam on but I changed to dipped before him meaning chances are he never even saw me coming as he came over the brow of the hill.

Just where the double yellow lines end the kerb comes into the road and thats what I had to swerve into. Had I met him a bit earlier I would never of had to swerve
