Quick question about Abit KN9

It doesn't support the phenoms ie AM2+ cpu's, only AM2 CPU's. See here :

The fastest you can get is the 3.2 ghz 6400+, either black edition or normal (the latter is better as it comes with a fan).
The good news is, it's over 1ghz faster than your current cpu, so it will be very noticably faster.
The 6400's can be a bit hard to find now but the latest 6000+'s run at 3.1 ghz and use less power, so would also be a good upgrade.
