Quick question about GTS noise

Hi this is a real quick question about vid cards on the following page...

Which of these would have the quietest fan, or in general which brand is normally more quiet?

Please some one reply as I need to send away for some new parts for a new pc to play crysis and other new games (I cant even play cod 4 on current system).

Oh and another small question .. would the Quad Pro Q6600 thats guaranteed to go to 3ghz be a good cpu choice or should I go that bit extra and get something else? I have never overclocked before but it looks like its idiot proof or is this just to sell them... ?

I have reason to be confused so I need my mind put to rest before I buy

Current hardware ive choosen..
8800GTX -- £230
Q6600 -- £150
Abit IP35 Pro -- £120
OCZ 2GB -- £50
using current 750 Watt PSU and X-Fi

Total: £550

This hardware is said to work well together and will surely achieve the 3Ghz OC. I was thinking that maybe an SLI mobo would be better for me in the long run but I dont want to mess this set-up up and not get my overclock.. surely theres a sli motherboard that would do the job? In general should I go a bit further money wise and change something?
