quick question about my new GPU's installation

today I received 2x MSI 980ti's Golden edition

Currently I have installed is a single Zotac 980ti Extreme Amp edition

so do i just pull out the Zotac and insert both MSI's?

Or do I need to un-install the drivers, insert the new cards and re-install the same drivers?

I mean the 980ti drivers are exactly the same right? shall I just plug in both MSI's and take it from there without touching the drivers?

Yup this.

Went from a 690 to duel 980ti's and the system just picked them up no problem.

Or keep all three and go 3 way SLI.
