Im on ADSL atm, if i move to cable NTL, would my "Belkin Wireless G+ MIMO Modem Router" still be fine?

It says ADSL/ADSL2 do i not need a cable router instead?

If not, how would i connect it up?

Bout to order NTL 4Mb soon as i get reply:)

rj45 cables, i take it these are supplied with the ntl modem :)

Thanks for that i can rest !

A friend just ordered ntl4mb and told me he just plugged his ntl modem into his router and it worked with no setting up

On another note will i have to erase the settings already on my router first?

Any idears?

It does not work, i typed in all the ips....Its now seemed to stop working after a restart

Are you guys sure NTL works with a Belkin g+ MIMO cos i cant seem to crack it.

If someone who has this router on ntl, or anyone else similar who can help me step by step that would be great thanks.

At the mo i have cable modem direct into my pc.

The cable modem is connected direct to my pc via ethernet, Its working fine, downloading 500kb/s.

Im going to have a look at that guide in a second, thanks mate.

p.s ive had my belkin router working fine with PIPEX (ADSL) took me 5mins to set up with the wizard.)

The guide says plug my modem into the WAN then my computer into any of the 1-4 ports.

My router doesnt have a WAN. Just a dsl and 1-4
