Quick question about ObjectDock

Does anyone know how to clip the ObjectDock on the desktop?
Sometimes when I am doing things it pops up on top of all the windows and when I press the "Show Desktop" icon in Quick Launch it dissapears.

Can I have it as part of the desktop like Samurize?
