um, while being here i have noticed that some threads i cannot access, is it because i was not here at the start of the site (2002 or something) or am i a low level.

What threads?

I've never seen a thread I cannot access...
 
Although it sounds like a stupid question, what threads do you think you can't access? If you're talking about the Members Market then you've got to wait 90 days from joining and have enabled your Trust (which you seem to have done) before you get access, it tells you this in the FAQ.

//edit, in that case it has probably been moved to be moderated so only the moderators can access it, until and unless they move it back.
