Have, 4x1 GeIL PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 ram on Abit Ip35 Pro, and am not sure at what timming to set these to before over clocking, im guessing in need to change the DRAm timming Selectable from auto to manual?, do i need to change them to 4-4-4-12 or 5-5-5-18??

Slacken the timings off until you have found your limit with the cpu and motherboard (clockspeed and FSB respectivley). Start with say 5-5-5-18 then slowly lower them until you get stability problems.
