Quick Question about Returns due to Compatability issues

hey guys

Recently ( a few days ago) I recieved an order for a complete shuttle I am building incl Core2Quad, OCZ 2*2Gb DDR2 Gold series ram, and 37p Shuttle

Whilest building I have discovered that the shuttle will not POST at all with either of the OCZ sticks in place in any of the four mobo slots, yet will post with 4*1 Gb DDR2 previously bought from OCUK (these are two different types of 2*1Gb sticks)

Unable to test the OCZ sticks easily other than in the shuttle that still refuses even after Windows is fully installed with the 4 sticks in place.

I shouldnt have an issue with returning these for a complete swap should I?

Best to send a webnote asap or ring?

Call, much quicker, If you're going to get some different memory from OcUK in it's place you may be able to come to an agreement.

OcUK has been absolutely terrific as far as after-sales service goes with me in the past.
 
Just the fact it always takes an age to get through - plus Im working tomorrow from 6am-7.30pm -prays I get thru easily
